Job Description:
As the Vendor Performance Manager, you will:
- Make sure Customer Service Partners (CSPs) follow their contracts.
- Improve work at Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sites.
- Check how well BPOs are doing and give rewards or penalties.
- Hold Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs).
- Work with different teams to make customers happy.
- Share good ideas across different BPOs and teams.
- Manage and track spending.
- Make sure everything follows COPC rules.
- Travel to other countries up to 25% of the time.

Job Requirements:
To do well in this job, you should have:
- 7+ years of experience in call center management, with at least 3 years in vendor management.
- Good knowledge of outsourcing and managing BPOs.
- Experience in reducing vendor costs.
- Strong understanding of customer service channels (phone, chat, email, etc.).
- Good skills in analyzing contact center data.
- Ability to build strong relationships.
- Understanding of different cultures in a global work environment.
- Knowing multiple languages is a plus (Spanish is good to have).
- COPC certification is a plus.
- Project management skills.
